How to maintain the amusement equipments for theme parks?

For the theme park , amusement equipments’ cleaning and maintenance is an important work. Regular maintenance and repairment, can find problems and avoid many risks.

Kids amusement rides is a kind of wear-and-tear equipment. Because of the running of the machine, the service life will be shortened, and some parts will be worn out during operation, which may lead to failure during the next operation. This will leave a bad impression on the passengers and they will not come back for rides in the future.  So in order to better manage the theme park, operators should pay their attention to the kids rides’s cleaning, repairing and maintenance.

Some outdoor playground children play equipments are placed outside the site, In case the heavy rain, the water going inside the equipments needs to drain clean and dry, cut the power to open the fan interface for exhausting around 15-30 minutes. Many people do not know how to clean the amusement equipments. For cleaning, use washing powder to wipe the dust, oil, then wash with clean water, keep until dry.

For folding equipment, after use it should be covered with tarpaulin. If the equipment is not used for a long time, clean and fold it under the operating construciton, bundling, packaging and keep it in the storage where the temperature should be -50°c-40°c.
